- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am an Independent Care Provider for individuals with Developmental Disabilities. I took my client in for a follow-up on medications. (Each time I take an individual into any medical appointment I must have the doctor/professional complete & sign a form.)However Dr. Stegall must think he is above the state and government's procedures because he refused to sign it. And then as I proceeded to explain (and I was being polite) the importance of this form (so client's case manager is in the loop of medical conditions) & that it is required to for my job. He told me to "SHUT UP" and "THAT I WAS TREADING ON THIN ICE" ..whatever that means. RUDE doctor. She needed to make another appointment, but I refuse to take her back to this office.
